Doug Mendel

Doug Mendel is psycho, obviously. Seen here with his traditional killing mask on, he usually drinks to excess then has no memory of anything in the morning. His hobby is to drive his Ferrari and pick up hitchhikers, then drive to an undisclosed destination where no one knows exactly what happens. Doug lives in a cabin up the hill, above the Interstate.
